Traps are illegal in Brisbane waters so have to do it the old fashion way it's good fun when they on.

Never seen a seal in woy woy channel before - been fishing there for 40+yrs . I think the big girls are still up in the shallows, that place usually lags behind broken bay in regards to temperature rise coz its opening is so small .
