I usually use it to carry squadrons in with rapid launch and flight commander but I really want to try your frigate build next game. Keep up the great videos thank you again!!

Brother PREACH about Redemption! Such an undervalued ship. My only great sadness is how hard it is to slot into most fleets. But I really love that title! Worth noting that with Redemption a token on a Eng 3+ ship can repair a damage card and may allow you to get rid of a serious crit that impacts your attacks.

New Republic line of ships should really make a run for print. Nevermind there are still tons of ships for Empire and Rebels that can be made. IP4, Tartan, Lancer, just to name a few. On the flipside, new factions Old Republic and Sith Empire, Pirates, neutral, Ssi Ruk, VONG... We need to keep this game alive! Something else that bothers is the lack of specialized ships. I would like to have upgrades where you can make specialized combat ships. I'm referring to anti-fighter ships. For anyone who may remember Starship Battles I loved rushing Nebulons ahead of my fleets and using them as AA screens. To balance this having a specialization would increase anti-squadron weapons while weakening anti-ship weapons. Challenges: Movable obstacles. Need I say more? If any of these are already in effect then forgive that I have missed something.

I thought the salvo rules said you could not add dice?

That's correct you cannot. You use Salvo with the Paragon so that you salvo FIRST - then activate afterward - this way you are adding dice to your NORMAL attacks.

I don't know if there's 5 builds for the SSD that are both different, and competitive. However - if you look at my Imperial version of this video, alot of my Cymoon build translates smoothly to a Ravager SSD.

paragon doesnt add a black die for salvo, you cannot add die during a salvo attk

Correct. Paragon's synergy with Salvo works differently. You let your opponent attack you and then salvo as usual - but then activate afterwards and then get your bonus black dice on your regular attacks.
