I was finally able to get a gladiator and a basic Star Destroyer. I already have a chimaera but I really wanted the basic ISD to go with it. Thank you for the videos Crabbok :)

Instead of the Gladiator, the could have picked the Carrack-class light cruiser. It's only slightly longer than the Nebulon-B, fitting into the small ship class easily. Its fast, capable of being heavily armed; It's hull armor is light but its shields are its saving grace. The break down could be like this: Carrack-class assault refit 2 Red and 1 blue front / 2 Red and 1 Blue per side / 1 red stern and 1 blue stern / 1 Blue Squadron Die 2 Command, 1 squadron, 3 engineering Officer, Turbo Laser, Ion Cannon, Defensive Retrofit Carrack-class anti-starfighter refit 2 Red Front, 2 Red per side, 1 Red Stern, 1 blue squadron die and 1 red squadron die 2 Command, 1 Squadron, 3 engineering Officer, Turbo Laser, Weapons Team, Defensive Retrofit For both: front and rear fire arc are inside the corners (vs the side arcs of the corellian corvette) maximizing side mounted weaponry Speed 1: I Speed 2: I II Speed 3: I II I Speed 4: - I II I Hull: 4 Shields: 2 forward, 3 per side, 1 rear Defense tokens: Brace, Redirect, Evade Titles: "Eminence": when attacking the same target for the second time in a round, 1 red accuracy or 2 blue accuracy my by switched to show critical hit(s). "[name]": When using brace in defensive token step, first cancel one blue or red die of your choice then calculate damage normally after using brace "[NAME]": When attacking a squadron, blue accuracy counts as 2 damage.

When I play the Gladiator, I just destroy the opposing fleet! So powerful! The number of hull, the number of shields are just awesome! Agree on the medium / small role

In v1 of the game my favourite fleet was a tooled up Kuat, demo, insidious and a pair of Gozantis, with Screed as the admiral. Loved it. Won far more than I lost. Tried it once in v1.5, but it just seemed to have lost something. Will try it again, as one game is hardly a good sample size! Insidious is a great title and can even catch out experienced players.

This was my favorite ship for a long time, just because of aesthetics! Yes, I am petty. I would love to build an imperial fleet with only medium and small ships as well as flotillas and squadrons.

I like to use Minister Tua (Reenforced Blast Doors), Rapid reloads, Ordinance experts, Engine Techs, and Insidious. The blast doors make her pretty tanky. It is an interesting Choice for your opponent, do they turn to keep Insidious from getting behind them and get an ISD unloading on them. Fleet Ambush would seem to work well with this build. Only used this build once (Right before COVID) and flattened 2 CR-90s! The Interdictor was key is slowing the CR 90s down.

The Gladiator II could use another title that swaps the support team and missile slot for offensive and turbolaser slot, so you could use it as s carrier or also as an aa-gunboat

This might be crazy… But what about a Gladiator as your flagship??! I know this video is old, so I don’t expect Crabbok to respond, but think about this… Gladiator, escorted by Arquitens! They can protect it while it closes in. And you could use Romodi to take advantage of its maneuverability around obstacles… Okay, I just like the look of the Gladiator! XD It doesn’t have a ridiculous bridge…

Been writing home brew rules for Star Wars armada x Star Trek attack wing. Only real bug I ran across was the points cost. Trying 200 Star Wars points account for 100 Star Trek points. Another small issue was how accuracies work. I’m trying -2 defense dice, since -1 would be far too underpowered. I treat all SW attacks as secondary weapons, and all primary weapons are at -1 attack die at long range, since SW doesn’t have defense dice. Seems good on paper, I’ll have to see if it works out.

I got some internationally shipped a while ago for decent price, though there was a big shipping jump from 3 to 4 units, likely for box size. Site was Zatu, Zuta..? Good luck.
