A Venator 2 alongside a Victory 1 with SPHA-T would be an awesome combo. Venator sending in 5 squadrons while the Victory deals lots of damage. I'm excited to try it out

This makes me just so happy! I’ve just recently gotten multiple friends into loving the game but recently they were lamenting the belief that new Armada content was extinct. This + the fact that it’s only (1) leaves the clear implication there will be more, and I couldn’t be more excited to let them know & print these for our group!!

Something that I find interesting about the Providence is that due to its double Support Team slot and engineering value it could make a decent healing boat. I know healing isn't a popular role in the meta, but it's still cool to see another ship that can fill the niche pop up

Glad we got a flotilla for the Seps, even if it’s not technically a CROC Gozanti, hey - it still works. Definitely need a similar fix for the Pubs. This was such an easy add-on that everyone had been screaming for, glad they are starting to listen!

I for one had to stop to import ships because world went upside down, so this was a great idea indeed. I can't wait to see more expansions like this. This was so wild that I can't even think what I would personaly want. Hope they can bring new upgrades and titles like on this format.

One of the last video I watched was the super depressing one where armada was ‘cancelled’ so this one was nice to see. I’m really excited for the new rebels stuff and might have to buy into clone wars stuff. I also love that these aren’t just the exact same card just in a new faction they are a new version of these ships. I’m excited for where this is going.

Crabbok’s edited ship cards are great for reference while list building, so thank you! I’m hoping that Rapid Reinforcements I means there’s a II and more on the way. If that’s the case, it makes sense that AMG is holding off on releasing a card/cardboard pack. Print & Play is also useful for playtesting. I don’t share Crabbok’s enthusiasm for the Rebel Providence “Carrier” because it seems like AMG is offsetting its 95 points cost with double upgrade slots that are NECESSARY to make it a viable carrier using EHB and Raymus Antilles, which increase its cost to 107 points, which is 1 point MORE than a MC80 Command Cruiser. This ship is going to be “fun” to try out but I don’t see it becoming part of the Rebel META. It’s interesting that the Rebel Providence can equip two Boarding Parties, but it won’t be able to equip EHB; with only 2 squadrons, why is it classified as a carrier? I suppose just because it has the Seppie Providence Carrier’s dice pool? But NOT its Speed-3 movement somehow? If Rebel players want to use the Rebel Providence as a “destroyer”, the ship desperately needs Engine Techs for the extra speed and yaw, otherwise it will be difficult getting in range to use its black dice and Boarding Teams. So again, its true cost increases to 103 points to be viable. I assume that AMG designed the Rebel Providence to be “thematic” as a slapped together Rebel Refit. IMO it would’ve been better if they had created a “Rebel Home” ship title with this specific upgrade slot configuration, and given the Rebel Providence Carrier ship card more traditional upgrade slots. No complaints about the Republic Victory-I SD. The only thing is now that the Republic VSD1 exists, I wish AMG would revise the Empire’s VSD2 to reflect its lore-inspired improvements: Either increase its speed to 3 and give it extra yaw to justify its 12 point difference from the VSD1, or LOWER its points cost and give it the Support Team slot for Engine Techs. A Print & Play card will suffice. The fixed Vader TIE Defender card seems more reasonable now… although limiting his ability to unique squadrons seems redundant IMO. I can’t imagine anyone using VADER to eliminate generics before going after aces. I suppose a counter could be to mob and pin down Vader with generic squadrons and let ace squadrons focus on “blowing up the Death Star”. It kinda seems unfair that the Separatists didn’t get a new squadron. Jango Fett’s Slave-1 seems like an obvious choice. Perhaps AMG is planning to release a Clone Wars “Rogues & Villains” squadron pack, hopefully! Overall though, it’s great to see new stuff for Armada! Bring on Rapid Reinforcements II!!

This is great news for the armada community it's great for adding a bit of variety to lists that might be going a bit stale. I expect a second wave of reinforcements will have the quasar force revels and the nebulon for the empire for example
