My name is Vamshi Reddy, A resident of Mumbai. After completing my graduation in the year 2019, I started working with Accenture so. Pvt ltd for 3 years and currently working with eclerx services Ltd for past 16 months. Basically I am working as a financial analyst, skilled in equity derivatives and reconciliations. My core activity is to provide start to end support which includes confirmation, processing, otc settlements and reconciliations of cash trades. During my work I have also provided process training to new joiners and also provided support on their queries and escalations. Besides work I love playing cricket in my free time. Please review and give suggestions?

Kuch Aisa bola ja skta hai: I think the duty of an employee is not just to fulfill his professional duty, but also keep the company structure intact as per his power. In this particular scenario, the funds of the company are being misused by my colleague. Even if he is involving me, this is not at all an ethical practice. My first course of action will be to talk to him about this, and make him realise that not only will this affect his moral conduct, but will also lead to professional disgrace if caught. If he doesn't listen, then I would have no choice other than to approach the HR about this.
