Judicial review is not provided in constitution. (EXPLICITLY) It's derived from Article 13.

I have a doubt in question no. 75........cabinet is not for responsibility in first place ....... council of ministers is itself collectively responsible to lok sabha so why do we need cabinet just for responsibility......it is to speed up the process of governance

Even if Cabinat is a tool for accelerating the delivery process in governance, it is still a part of CoM and responsible to the parliament, simply because a Cabinet consists of ministers who are a part of the government as a whole.

Ques 142 on liberty and law can be easily attempted with some basics and logic. 11th class ncert has a chapter on liberty which distinguishes liberty from absolute liberty and has other basic concepts. In short, No laws=no liberty can be derived from concept that when there is no law, there is no restriction on the citizen, then the citizen can hamper others liberty, which leads to no liberty at all.

Sir, in question 75,cabinet is aimed to speed up the decision making process as if it doesn't exists, each nd every decision needs to be discussed with every minister EVERY TIME which will be time taking hence it is a type of delegation of power(not in terms of Constitution but in layman's language for understanding) so that the decisions can be taken speedily, similar to the idea of Panch(5seniormost people of village) who r asked to settle matters nd take important decisions in village for villagers Moreover cabinet words isn't defined in Constitution except used in article 352,hence it can't be used as a measure to ensure responsibility

Right to vote is not a constructional right it's a legal right because it is not defined in our constitution

See article 326 of Indian constitution...(According to the article, elections should be conducted on the basis of adult suffrage. According to adult suffrage, any person who is an Indian citizen and is above 21 years of age can vote. Later it was changed to 18 years.) It is a constitutional right.( check UPSC CSE OFFICIAL ANSWER KEY...)
