This really looks delicious. I've seen a few make this online, but I haven't ever tried it. I like the idea of adding the coconut!

Good morning, Summer. It’s wonderful. It’s easy, and delectable. My sister and I both make it, and our families devour it. You can add whatever you want. I wanted to make one more tray, with chopped pecans, but I was too tired. 🥱 Take care and have a blessed weekend, dear.

Thank you for sharing a nice simple dessert. What pretty sprinkles indeed. My Mom has a recipe using saltines, peanut butter with a topping made from other ingredients but done the same way you did your recipe. Mom calls her recipe cracker fudge.

Good evening, dear. It’s a wonderful recipe for a crowd. Just about everybody loves it, and it’s easy to make. Are you able to share the full recipe that your mom makes? 😆 That sounds amazing. Take care and have a blessed night, Tamson.

Hello again, Freda. I'm going to give this recipe a try. I'll have to find a substitute for saltine crackers. There's probably a UK equivalent. Have a nice weekend with your family ❤

@@carolmillins9199 Good evening, Carol. You can use any cracker or biscuit ( I think that’s what you call cookies 🍪 in the UK). Whatever you like. 👍🏻 But I think a thin and crispy texture is important. I have also seen something like this made with a layer of nuts instead of crackers or biscuits. Good luck, dear. Have a blessed weekend.
