Sir, How CRAR is different from provisioning kept against loans, as both are maintained to mitigate the loan related risk.

CRAR looks at the bank's overall capital adequacy, while provisioning focuses on the risk of individual loans. Think CRAR as a superset and provisioning being the sub-set.
