I agree with Comdt Rajeev Rajan what he said about self help books. The only thing I disagree with is when he said reading as a hobby means only reading fiction. I believe reading as a hobby means you love reading no matter what you read. As long as you enjoy reading and gain something from it you're fine.

Sir , really I am saying. I am preparing for service entry and had CO twice.. sometimes I laugh what i see.. I am Hav and really telling even Sub Maj have saluted me over my bearing only. Even today when I entered in IAEP office one Sub Stand up interestingly I told him.. what was a moment. And one day a Nk brought me in Jypsy and told me to sheet in front sheet he thought I am an offr.. 😅

Sir, some of us aspirants are also preparing for exams like jee. After coming back from school and coaching, we only have enough time to complete the homeworks. This way we can't socialize with friends. Though in school I put my best efforts to be interactive. Will this be an obstacle in my ssb, sir?

Sir I have taken drop after 12 for NDA it didn't happen written part itself it's not that I didn't try I was weak in studies I worked on maths I improved in it but after that out of excitement I overatempted the questions in my recent exam and was unable to meet the cutoff. How should I convince my interviewer in my TES and Navy b.tech ssbs. Can you please guide me for that Sir.

One thing I can tell you is that never go unprepared as well overprepared for appearing in SSB . If you chose to do so you would surely face non recommendation
