2:19:30 I don't agree with option D because first of all you are giving free commutation which is a financial strain on the organization. If you make an exception in this case, other employees may also ask for similar free perks. Secondly, even if you give free commutation for three months, there is no guarantee that after 3 months he will get a house in the campus. Then how long will you continue to give him free commutation? Option B seems correct as you are putting the onus of the decision on Rawng and the 2 other people in the queue, without being partisan in any way. Even if similar cases continue to happen in the future, what is wrong with that? If someone is able to convince the people in front of him in the line, then why should the organization ever have a problem?
