I'm using Cradiac Gunner Pro Hybrid cycle! I bought it on march 1st 2023..I was very scared while ordering the bike, if everything will be good with this brand. But when I received the bike and after riding I think cradiac is the best company in our india. No other company can give such specifications as cradiac! their bicycles are litreally beast.

Bought this cycle by watching several videos and yours is one of them. My overall experience, absolutely shit with this cycle. Received a with alot a scratched and and dents in some parts of frame. Both front and rear derailleur was damaged and untuned. Breaks are pathetic, a local V breaks can perform pretty well than the disc breaks which comes with XC 900. The seatpost was also local without a scale marks and comes with scratches. In short dont go only seeing reviews. There maybe a higher chances to receive a proper bike i am not denying that but if someone is paying the full amount of the product, they expects to receive a problem free product at their doorstep for which cradiac absolutely failed to provide that. I suggest everyone to go to stores, check cycles by your own before buying instead of placing order online. Returning this problem back to cradiac as they are unable to solve my problem even through video assistance.

Yesh return it straightaway. They were having shortage of bike so may b u got the defective one. But we cal always opt to return it. Coz the problems u r discussing are unacceptable, how can someone accept the bike with both the derailleurs damaged. Thats beyond imagination, how can they send such bike.

@@naughty9 They were stating that it happened during the time of transport which is understandable at some point of time but they also expect us to go to go cycle store to get checked. They offered me the repair cost in return but when I went to the cycle store, they said that are not in proper setup and it will risky to tuned in and 3 stores refused to touch it. One of them said it will damage in short period of time. Once it's damaged, then our all money will go wasted as the rear derailleur itself costs alot and it's not come under warranty. In short, I'm fed up with their services. Even the rear derailleur guard was broken during the time of delivery and it has dent on the upper side wear acera is written. It looks like i bought bike from some warehouse sale where they sale a bit defective product in very cheap price. Never gonna buy cycle online in my life. And not going to buy cradiac again even if it is offline.

Sad to hear ur bad experience with the bike and cradiac. But mine was fantastic, couldnt expect anything better. Even thir cycle helmet in one of the cheapest and worth atleast twice the price they offered it. Hard to process in my mind how they r letting their customer down.

@@naughty9 That's what I mentioned on the first reply 'there are higher chances where people will get a proper product' my point is if I'm paying the full amount for the product so i expect to get a problem free product like you received. They insisted me to not return the product but they are helpless now. Now i only have option to return it. I cannot always go to stores and get checked as I'm not free everyday. You also working somewhere and you know we working people hardly gets time to enjoy and to do other things. I thought I can enjoy after getting this cycle but its standing outside my house since the day i received. Hardly driven 2 km to check. Hoping to get my money back so I can look for some other brands. Let's see how it goes.

The handlebar is not adjustable. It is very comfortable to ride. I dont need to lean down to grab it. But if you are not used to riding bicycles then your bum might get hurt after a long ride, but you will eventually get used to it.

Cracks tends to develop as the tyre gets old, also the tyres on bicycle are of not that high quality compared to bikes. Though you even get cracks on bike tyres too, its normal. If you have a flat tyre, it tends to develop more cracks. Had a bad experience with my KTM Matzeller tyre, had to replace it coz of that. Btw thanks for the compliment bro😀 keep supporting..👍🏻

For your height Alpha Pro would b best. Yeah xc-900 has one better feature of cassette over free wheel but for your height xc would b too small. And moreover Alpha Pro is equally good if not more. Decent review bro. Have you compared Cradiac Alpha with XC 900! If yes, what's your experience/opinion about the former? Why did you choose XC 900 over the Alpha? How much difference does it make in the frame and tyre sizes, as Alpha has little bigger. Your experience and suggestions will give some clarity to make an informed decision on which one to buy. Xc has better suspension, 8 speed cassette over 7 speed free wheel. So i would suggest u XC. And yes the tyre size does make difference but its not a deal breaker, small size wheel means better handling on off-roads. You buy either of the bikes,you wont go wrong. Both are good, but i would say XC has a bit more value for money. Hope that helps..😊

Bro i havent measured the top speed, but its good i would say. No issues in that. But if you wanna plan long rides on asphalt road then go for hybrid or road bike. Mtbs will always be slower coz of the chunky tyres they have. Otherwise this bike is lightweight and stable at higher speeds.

Generally wires get loose in mechanical brakes and you have to adjust them frequently. Caliper may be good. I am mostly sure problem is with brake pads. Pls change and you will notice the difference. 1000 rs only for brake pads

@Nihil76 if you are not a pro rider you wont feel any difference. And moreover you wont even change the gears that often. I have both Alpha Pro and XC 900. And i have never felt any difference. And i have never changed more than four gears. Thats it. Go for gunner pro, if you are riding on roads only. You will get good speed and less effort. An MTB with thin tyres will look so weird.

Both are good. Alpha is a bit cheaper than xc 900, but xc 900 is better value for money. But both are equally good. All depends on your need, if you want 27.5 inch or 29 inch tyres.

Meri bike main to koi problem ni aa ri bro. Brake ko lign karna padega agar rub kar ri wo to, you can do it yourself ya kisi local mechanic ko dikha sakte ho. And agar gear issue aa ra to watch the video how to tune gears ya mechanic ko dikhao wo kar dega theek.

Its good bro. Just chill and dont bother too much. The tyre is big but not too big. If you have to ride15 km on good road then you should have gone for gunner pro. Thinner tyre means less energy reqd. But if the roads are bad then MTB is best option.

Braking has considerably improved over the time…so no issues in that. And as @shivam said, no other brand can beat cradiac in this price range. 91 doesnt even come close…hope that helps..

Thanks a lot bro for appreciation.❤️ XC 900 is a better value for money bike. Brakes starting main kharab hai but with time as the bed-in period is over, brakes improve ho jayenge. Ya aap apne local mechanic ko dikhake tune b karwa sakte ho. Mujhe ab brakes main zayada issue nahi hai. Aap jitna chalaoge cycle, brakes aache ho jayenge.

Use engine oil. One of the best and cheapest. Just put it on chain n then clean it with a cloth. No seed to spend too much on fancy items. Which only cost more and dont provide any added benefit.

They are a bit better, but still not the best. May b they need bed-in period. So the more you ride, the better they will get.

Nooo…that is like a spring. Uski wajah se hi jab ham brake lever release karte hai to wapis apni jagah pe chala jata hai. Use nikaal diya to brake wapis apni jagah pe nahi aayegi.

Requirement ke hisaab se gunner pro better hai as it is best for highways. Height ke hisaab se xc 900 best hai but its an mtb, so will take more effort to pedal it. Agar dono main se chose karna hai to go for XC900.😊 Hope that helps…
