Amazing video!!! I’m about to get 3 of these kits and ima make 2 sweet traditional meads and 1 fruit mead. I’m going for a peach mead with apple juice instead of water and frozen peaches. I hope they turn out well!! You earned a sub friend. 😊

Thanks for the sub! They should be good! One suggestion on the fruit piece would be to save some juice from the fruit on the side to back-sweeten with at the end if you prefer a sweeter mead. And be sure to use potassium sorbet to prevent further fermentation after backsweetening. Cheers!

@@TheBrewQ yes I absolutely adore sweet meads! That’s what got me into mead in the first place. I love the sweetness and I love the honey taste!! I am disappointed I haven’t had it sooner lol. But great idea and thank you for responding! Have a good day! 😂🍻

Thanks for this video bought the same kit and started it today. What was the alcohol percentage? Not sure if I missed it in the video or not. Also thanks for clarifying mixing in the yeast since the craftabrew video did not mention that.
