I saw on instructions it says boil first, since you used the enhancer does that mean you don’t need to boil?

I can honestly say I've never boiled any aspect of any just add water kit, cider or beer and never (knock on wood) had any infection issues.

Could you use Amylo 300 enzyme with this kit.. how will it affect the flavor?

It would definitely be drier. A good chunk of the flavor comes from the flavor pack so it probably wouldn't be too bad. I'll have to give it a shot.
