Craft Beer in Greece!

I went to Greece this past summer. I happened upon Strange Brew while wandering alone. It was perfect. So welcoming we talked about beer. They asked me as someone who is in the beer industry in the US. what they could do to make their spot better, and were not only open to suggestions but wanted them. Problem is they are doing such an awesome effective job out of the space they have that it was hard to come up with anything. A great tap line up and a fridge full of cans to go of theirs and other awesome craft breweries of Greece. The beers were creative and delicious. They tasted me on a beet, cherry, oregano sour. An homage to the amazing fresh flavors and smells of Greece that i had been experiencing it was fantastic. On the seat next to me at the bar was the Brewer from Alea Brewing tasting and talking beer. These kind of friendships are what make brewing and beer great. Really a perfect beer compliment to the awesome overall experience that a trip to Greece brings.
