I bought this kit and it got me hooked. I'm quite content with small batches but plan to eventually upgrade to 5 gallon all-grain.

That's great to hear. What have been some of your favorite one-gallon kits to brew and drink? As for all-grain brewing, something to consider, if you don't want to or have room to dive right into full-one two-vessel all-grain brewing, we are huge fans of partial mash brews, where you steep a larger amount of specialty and base grains and supplement with some extract for fermentables. Or personally, even after more 13 years of brewing, Brew in a Bag (BIAB) is still my preferred brewing method for ease, scaleability for smaller volumes (or full five), and not much extra equipment needed. @@NorthernBrewerTV So far I've just done Kama Citra and Zombie Dirt. I wasn't expecting much as I'm still a beginner but they came a lot better than I thought. I also watched a bunch of your NB university courses and learned some simple tricks to up my game, such as an oxygenator and full boils instead of partial. For all-grain I was looking at Grainfather equipment for a more portable setup. Do you know when the G30 will be back in stock?
