Another game with (almost) unlimited potential! I love waterworld...I hope they add a ton of stuff and content to this game!I don't ming some grind in survival games...just "picking up a car" and piles of scrap is a bit weird. The need of a special pickaxe would make sense. You gotta slay the couch but the truck is a "pick up". :p

if i were to give you advice on searching for stuff underwater is.. to swim at the surface until ur directly over what you want and then go down, rather than what you are doing, going under the water and swimming down at an angle towards things, both downward and forwards... your air efficiency will get you more loot quicker...

Looks awesome! I've always loved the post-apocalyptic "Water World" theme. A lot of the games that follow the theme, lack the in-depth underwater exploration though. This game looks like it embraces that aspect. I've gotta give the developers a BIG thumbs up. 👍

yeah a lot of these sea based survival games all have the ocean being an infinite void that you cant see the bottom of, which tbf, is realistic in open ocean, but even in coastal areas near land its always been so empty

It's lucky that all player characters in games that involve water can hold their breath exceptionally well while swimming vigorously, and also somehow gain leverage to jump out of water. Useful trick to have haha

I love this and the rp possibilities, imagine the possibilities for like animals that have evolved some and changed, and mutants and stuff, monsters and such. Imagine a Bull Megolodon, but in the lore it’s just a new species of giant bull shark, instead of a great white since bull sharks are much more aggressive than great whites and more likely to attack new prey items and so in the Sunkenland universe they hit buggier faster and outcompeted the great whites in the coastal habitats and then for the apex predator niche. And maybe like a GIANT ORCA, as a nemesis to the Bull Megalodon, like the Giant Orcas would take the Place of the Livytan Whale! And then instead of the Keaken being a giant squid in Sunkenland, it could be a monstrous moly sized species of octopus that has evolved and adapted to inhabit the building and ruins of mankind

Hello again GE, game is look good and I am look forward to playing it. a few questions though if ya or others posting do not mind. 1. Is there a character creation and can one reset the key binds? 2. Can one not build on the Island or at least closer to shore? 3. Are we able to build a raft or boat? 4. Are we able to build a diving rig or tank and masks? It surprised me too, regarding the water, it include rainbow and watery reflections reminding me of actual diving.

The metal chest has less space so don't make one. Can't move stuff either. Fins makes it alot easier to loot. Cross bow for bigger fish get you lot of meat.

chopping trees is a weird one, they need to address that, I cannot chop tiny trees down even though I know you can. I managed to get a crossbow at day 2! get the research table and loot all buildings + cars around you and you'll get what you need.

its weird that this game now exists cos ive been saying for ages that it would be cool if someone did a mod or a map for a game like 7 days to die or dayz or something that was basically like the movie waterworld, where everything is under water and you start with a boat and have to get resources under water and grow crops on your boat and get more tech to go deeper etc.. i was kinda imagining a cross between the movie waterworld.. a post apocalyptic game like fallout 4 with skyscrapers and cities under water and subnautica type game with monsters and submarines etc
