It's very easy, barely an inconvenience! Just keep a bucket of water next to you and when you enter the water in game, shove your head in the bucket and speak from there.

I use scrap metal as a basis for currency coins are expensive scrap wood and metal are the cheapest and you end up with so much metal.

Regarding the percentage, it refers to how much you've looted. 0% means all loot is still there, 100% means there's nothing to loot left. Not sure if they include trees/ores/plants in that percentage.

7:20 "how are they making gun powder", as they said in the movie, they raided atols for supplies including gunpowder and bullets which no one had any of for some time. So it was a diminishing supply of leftover. Furthermore we can make primitive rockets out of sausage now, so I'm sure primitive bullets could be made using it instead of gunpowder. As for the gasoline, they also showed in the movie that the large ships the smokers were on was a oil tanker which also had a diminishing supply of "black stuff" as they called it, oil which they had obviously been refining into gasoline for their vehicles.

I bought this game after I watched this, I like it and can’t wait to see how it improves over time. Tip for when you start again and if you haven’t already done it, craft the diving fins straight away, they make a big difference

@glokknine you can literally build your base close to shore but in the water you don't have to build on land and it's beneficial if you do steel foundations and bass because the enemy do quite a bit of damage to your Bass you can only use your spear underwater right now

I believe the "currency" was the first item on the traders inventory. Also once a item is in the basket it shows the value attached to it, that should be how you compare your value with the trader's. I believe they should add the basket value on top of it.

Careful placing items. You can not pick them back up again. Save your cloth early on for important things it is scarce. All in all a great start to a great game. Don't fight early on until you have a little armor and descent weapons. Stay under water early on. If it does not say neutral you are not welcome.
