Craft DIY: How to Make Cyclamen Flower in Silk Stocking

In today's video we will learn how to make beautiful cyclamen flowers in silk stockings.
This DIY was inspired by the beautiful common flower in the landscaping and gardening area and adapted for the craft world, so you can make a craft show with it.

Cyclamen is often associated with resignation and renunciation, as well as moments of personal introspection. Some sources also point to jealousy.
Also known as Cyclamen of Persia or Cyclamen of Aleppo.
Cyclamen is a plant well known for its vibrant colors and exceptional elegance.
It is born and flourishes in Asia and Europe, but basically in the Greek Islands and the Mediterranean Sea region.
It can be very toxic to animals.
Its delicacy and beauty do not go unnoticed in flower shops.

➡️Materials:
- Silk stocking: pink and light green
- Modeling tubes: No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5
- Scissors
- Pliers
- fine wire
- magic line
- Brown floral ribbon
- thick wire
- Barbecue stick
➡️Step by step:
With the modeling tube nº 3, make 5 rings in the thin wire.
Wrap the shaping tube, twist the ends of the wire, leave the wire niece and cut the excess wire.
Cover the rings with the sock of your choice. I used pink silk stockings.
Wrap your hoop with the folded silk sock or cover it 2x.
Tie with the magic thread and cut off the excess silk sock.
Stretch the petal, shaping it.
➡️Assembly:
With the thick wire, make a hook at the end.
Start by placing the petals next to each other.
Finish off with brown floral tape.
Bend the petals, bending inward from each other.
Fold the flower stem down with the flowers facing down.
Start lifting the petals by turning them up, arranging and shaping as shown in the video.
Make several cyclamen flowers and assemble your beautiful arrangement.
Make the leaves in the modeling tube nº 5 and nº 4, making waves on the barbecue stick, 12 turns on the stick with the thin wire and covering with the green silk sock.
Total flowers and leaves is up to you. As many leaves and flowers as you want for your arrangement.
