Hello, Carolina! You little booklets/planners are so cute! You have come up with another creative idea, and thank you so much for sharing how you made them! I think they will be a great seller at your craft fair. I am sorry to hear of your vertigo. I had a few episodes myself due to ear crystals so I know it is different than the vertigo you have, but it was certainly debilitating. I had to lie still and literally could not move. If I moved my head in any way, everything would spin and I would vomit. The episodes would last for a week at a time. I cannot imagine what you have been going through suffering with vertigo for 4 years. You have such an uplifting and positive attitude despite what you have been enduring. You are an inspiration. Sending healing hugs and prayers.

+Fit Kitty Awe, thank you so much, my sweet friend! And I’m sorry you had vertigo before. Even though mine is not due to the little crystals I go through pretty much the same thing, and it used to be so bad I had to grab the bed or couch not to fall because everything would spin so crazy your brain doesn’t know which way is up, and it tries to ground you, so it gets crazy. I remember my family couldn’t believe how grey I would turn, and the throwing up would be almost unstoppable. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. The first couple of years were the worst. Thank God, after a lot of tests I was abled to get a diagnosis and medication helps a lot. My episodes have not been as violent or lasted as long as the first couple of years. Now, when I get it, the worst only lasts a week or so, and usually around two weeks later I can start doing almost everything with a few exceptions. I just have to be patient the first week or so, so I’m really nothing special :) Thank you so much for caring and for your friendship, and also for sharing your experience with me. I hope you are having a beautiful and blessed week! Big hug

I’m honestly nothing special, my vertigo was really bad the first two years, but I’ve been able to manage it with medication, thank God. It takes a lot of the worst out of each episode and the worst of it only lasts a week or a little over, then is manageable enough to were I can do almost everything until it goes away completely. I won’t joke, it’s not a good thing, but it’s much better that it was and I’ve been blessed by having medication work for me. Hey girl, really loved this project. Very refreshing to see something new and different... So t.know if I could use.o E of those but usually that is where I get my check inspiration for other projects of my own. Looks very professional too. Also I wanted to stick my two cents in on the vertigo wondering if your doctor has told you the cause of it in your case. My husband had vertigo about 8 years ago something horrible... Well the doctor gave home some exercises and some.medication and that God he has not had vertigo anymore. So talk to your doc maybe there is something that can be done....

I feel for you. Vertigo is very debilitating. I have had a few times myself. The last episode was a little over a year ago. I admire your perseverance, it helps you get your mind off your condition. I have Multiple Sclerosis. KZbins like yours have helped me tremendously. I do lots of projects now. Would love to start a you tube of my own at some point.

Hi Carolina 🙂 So glad to hear that you are feeling better. 🤗 I was sorry to hear that you have been struggling with vertigo for four years now. 😔 I am not sure if you are aware, but there is a surgery that can be completed to stop vertigo. I know of two friends who suffered like you do, but once they had the surgery their lives were changed. As a nurse, I highly recommend that you look into this treatment option.
