Never thought of faux leather! Clever! Can also use thin leather lacing for a zipper pull instead of pom poms.

When you base your price on cost of materials and they’re on sale, then if you can’t get the same price next time you want be able to make enough money to make it worth it. I think, if I was doing this I would have to base my pricing on retail cost. Just my opinion. Thanks. You do lovely work.

I never sewed with vinyl. You make this look so easy. I have a stash of zippers and fabric. The pouch can be used for so many things. Great job. You are a blessing to all of us

This video helped me so much. I've been trying to find an easy way to install a zipper on vinyl so the ends of the zipper aren't sunken in. Chef's kiss. TFS. BTW: string, thread, it's giving what it needs to give 😆

Great reminder of how to make a pouch! I think now it would cost the 10.00 or even 12.00 due to higher costs. I like to have a loop on side to attach key chain..nice explanation too!

Use a silicon presser foot or place wax paper over fabric when top stitching. On vinyl also, you might want to lengthen stitch to a 3 or even 3.5 according to the thickness of the vinyl.
