What a perfect space. Now that my kids are grown I have 2 bedrooms. One is for all kinds of crafts and a library, the other is just sewing, quilting and alterations. I'm a retired nurse so now it's a side business to just play. Thanks for sharing, someday I should share my space, maybe give ideas to others with organization. I've watched ur video's from midnight to now 6:07am, thanks for helping me rest while I watch and be inspired!!!!!

Lovely room and such a lot to play with. My room is tiny, it used to be a coal shed & small storage room from many years ago knocked into one which we turned into an office for my hubby but as I got more and more stuff he let me have it as he really didn't need that space all the time so I'm very lucky especially as he built most of the shelving and cupboards in there for me. It's right next to the kitchen, which like you said is so convenient.

Love your craft heaven. I started the same way: kitchen tabel and a basket with my supplies and I had everything I needed. But the basket was to small so I bought a plastic kabinet with drawers some years later I got promotion LOL : a pc desk !! Whoot so happy with that ...,and now ....almost one year I have my own craft heaven !!! We also moved and I also have a space near the livingroom, lots and bigger space upstairs but same story as you. Big hugs! I

Love your studio - one of the best that I have seen, it is big enough without taking up too much space, you have lots of goodies but not too many, the light is amazing and so is your family to support you with your creativity. The best part is that it's so cool you have incoporated it into your living space, I wouldn't be able to be hidden away either. TFS and for the creative kick in the a*#!!! PS Loved the chit chat and bloopies too lol! x

Gorgeous and bright space, Marta! So much built in storage - love, love! I started out making cards as well - and didn't need much storage - but now - I am bursting at the seams . Hi, just watched your tour of your craft studio. We are in the mist of house moving and when we arrive at our new home i get a whole room for my craft room. I have never had a room to myself before so its going to take a bit of getting use to. I have been told that items in boxes never get used so there will be no boxes in sight, only shelves and cupboards,and of course the most important item, the work table and chair. Can't wait.

I love ur craft room. When I moved 2yrs ago I finally got my dream craft studio which is an add on to my house. So nice to finally have all my stuff in one area that is closed off from the rest of the house. I am older & my kids r grown so I don't need a space where I'm part of the family scene. thanks for the awesome tour of your lovely studio. Recently, I moved my crafting area next to my down stairs kitchen for the same reasons, for more light and to be near the family living space. I find that I create more now.

Lovely studio u have....really loved ur collection. Though i have 2 separate rooms that i use for my crafting but i have kept everything in drawers and cupboards. Displaying everything d way u did can bring to me more inspiration. This way I will be abl to make more use of my supplies. Thanks for d lovely video.

Beautiful craft space and it's a nice bright and airy room and in Ireland that's hard to achieve as the days are mostly dull. I lived in castlerea county Roscommon and it was always dull. I had a craft upstairs and burned many dinners when I was into a project. We moved so now my craft room is close to the kitchen and I only burn dinner once in a while. Thanks for sharing your room💕

Beautiful! I wish I had such a pretty room. Mine is in bins all over the house! Do by chance remember where you got the white lace cut out container that was in your white flower pots? I saw them once in Target and passed them by. Not a good decision! Love your room and the works you shared!

Thanks for the share of your space. I have a small space in our bedroom that my husband did for me and I love it. But He is putting a new space for me that will be huge room out in the barn. I am excited about it but I hope it works out since I will have to walk back and forth. I have 5 daughters and it may become difficult to sneak away and get creative. We shall see. You have a great room. Mine is next to the livingroom so hubby can bug me. ;) Love the bloppers. regarding the lindys. make small sehelves with room enough to lay then. So you see the bottom of them and you can pull the right one out instantly. perk is that you have room for even more of them. :)Thanks for the tour. I really enjoyed it. i did a video 3 years ago. at that time i was onlyt playing with laces and fabrics. My art have changed and now i am a colour and texture addict and my needs for the room have change too. :) Hugs!

I use to have my own room and it had alot of space, plus I love to be able to look out the window, plus have my laptop and you tube in front of me! We had to move a year ago(Terrible Neighbors)!!!!! now my room?? Is when you walk through my front door. I was able to get a large" L" shaped office desk, and I have at least 7 storage bins on wheels under the desk, everything else is on the top. I tried to buy the cutest containers I could find for storage. Now with everything at my reach it is very easy to get disorganized quickly and to work myself into a itsy bitsy space by the time I am done working for the night! Well I guess that"s why they say "It is, what it is". Greatful to have you Marta.

Absolute truth! We don't need the largest craft room to create the prettiest things... As long as the space gives you creative freedom to make the projects you like to make... Now a days you can DIY so many mediums and supplies, so many digital products too, that the amount of supplies shouldn't be a limit to our creativity. Thanks for sharing!!!

I love your craft room,especially the gray floor! It's about the size of mine which is a small bedroom off the living room with awful carpet. And it's right beside the front door. I do have a door I can close but I like it open always. I live alone anyway except my cats (4) inside and 4 more outside. I don't have storage like you but I have enough for now. I would really like to change lots of things in here but don't have money right now. But one day I will make it better! I am always organizing and trying to improve it. And I do use as much recycled things as I can. I love to recycle and make something ugly into something pretty!

Keep up the awesome work...I do have one suggestion for your LIndy's sprays. I have a tonne of them as well and I went to Ikea and bought the little trolley on wheels. Mine is aqua and it is amazing! With 3 tiers of shelving, I put all my sprays in there...Lindy's, Prima, SHimmerz, you get the idea! I think it's called Riskor?? Not sure...but you may have already found a better solution!
