Sherbet, I can't thank you enough. Your cosplay of ghostbur saved my poor ass for our school Halloween party "come on theme" teacher said. Me and my friends went into oanic mode and I thought I'd get inspired on TikTok for cosplay and your ghostbur one popped up. Needless to say, I've spent four days making air dry clay flowers.

No time too late to start cosplay! You can start with super easy stuff! For example: my tommyinnit cosplay was just a red and white shirt, cargo pants, boots, a bandanna, and a cheap wig (plus makeup). All I did was weather the shirt by tea staining it with a paintbrush, cut and rip holes into it, and wrinkle it. I kept the pants the same because their colour was already pretty dark. I also made horns out of foam but that’s completely optional since it’s not even canon. Then I put on makeup based off of how I wanted my version of Tommy to appear, added some scars (just with brown eyeshadow) and that was it! And you can go even simpler! For my Rottmnt Leo cosplay it was just a black turtleneck, blue hoodie, black, baggy pants, and converse. As once again, just makeup, though the makeup for Leo is more complex because I have to make the markings on the eye, I also had blue eyeshadow, and my top lip was black. There’s tons of stuff thats super easy and as you get a hang of it you can slowly level up your stuff! A lot of things I just buy online and alter slightly to get it to what I want

Boy am I glad you made this (and I also found it) BEFORE I got to also redoing my entire Techno cape (mainly because it is simply not suited for cons) because I would have gotten furr everywhere 😆 I mean eventually is for sure better than my current state of repairs from the single day of my first con. Which was at the beginning of summer break. So yea, I might have not really started yet... Anyways, speaking of said first con, you either have an extreme look alike that also coincidentally is a huge Technofan or I might have met you there. Said person informed me (as Techno) that there were a Wilbur and a Slime present (which I had a great day with[also Slimes cospay buddy I haven't recognised the fandom of yet]) but when I noticed a few minutes later I didn't have the confidence to ask so I decided to just do that in case I meet said person again next year and I thought of that ever since. And now I'm commenting that. My gosh I wrote a way to long comment again, didn't I? Happy Halloween everyone!

Hey sherb! To make the fur go under a sewing machine pin tissue paper to it and the fit would be more flat to go under the needle. Just get a piece of tissue paper and cut in in Strips that can be on one side fully and folded over on the other side.

I'm definitely late here, just found your KZbin again For techniques on faux fur, a lot of fursuit makers have tutorials where you could find sewing techniques (EW furries I know, but they're pretty chill)
