so fun to watch while I made my jewelry I feel like we’re friends hanging out doing craft things

Some lady actually grabbed something out of my dad's hand one time at the thrift store. I actually took up making jewelry as a stress release. I liked my stuff but I was always afraid others wouldn't . One day I gave something to a co-worker and all of a sudden I was getting request. I loved it.

I really like the piece you made with the pearls and rhinestones. It's really cool to try putting things together to see what you can come up with. As someone who has been making jewelry for years, I can tell you the reason you are having trouble with your jump rings is most likely your pliers. I have the same purple handled set and I can't tell you how many jump rings and jewelry pieces I have dropped trying to open and close jump rings. My son bought me a better quality plier set and I haven't struggled with a jump ring since. Nice video, I enjoyed watching it. You should think about selling your stuff, I am sure many would love the stuff you create.
@PrincessCasserole Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the advice. Do you know what set you got? These ones are pretty cheap so you’re probably right. I also love you comment, I get weird about selling thinking no one will like them.
@rgbuns4ever Жыл бұрын
@Princess Casserole The set I have are black handled with red trim, and they say Hyper Tough on them. He probably got them at Michael's or Walmart. I agree the other set is pretty inexpensive, and they are a great starter set, so a person isn't investing a lot of money into something they are not sure they are going to enjoy. I was the same before I started selling any of my stuff. I spent several years perfecting my skills. I gave stuff to family, friends, and even strangers. Once I felt confident in my skills and that things weren't going to break or fall apart, then I started selling. Everyone isn't going to like everything I make, but as long as some people like some things, it's a good start.

I’m new to your channel, July 28, 2021. Your creative process is wonderful! I am just now buying old jewelry off a rack at a Thrift Store. They don’t have jars of jewelry. My local Goodwill has no jewelry at all! This key necklace did need a longer piece to it. It turned out great! The balance is better. I’m just now adding jewelry as a hobby. It looks like great fun! Hi! That first Monet was made that way. It's a rare find! It was designed to hold the matching pin (or any Monet pin or Trifari pin with the right gold tone) as a pendant, or center piece. You can tell because the pieces are linked together pointing to the center from both sides. I have it (lol) and the pin/pendant and it's one that I wear most often. It's in my "Epic Lifetime Haul" video pretty close to the beginning. xx~D
