Great video. Can I ask why you need pectic enzyme when you're just using juice and not fresh fruit?
@Craftabrew4 ай бұрын
Fruit juice can still contain pectins that can lead to certain kinds of haze, so a little bit of pectic enzyme can help make clarifying the wine a bit easier down the road. You don't need nearly as much enzyme as you would when, say, using whole fruit or jam.

Awesome job BC! You looked like pro with the siphoning and stopping the flow during bottling. I’m happy to see that you are creating brewing content full time. You are the best mead/country wine content creator on KZbin. Even though I’m not a beginner, I still like to watch good content and I still learn a thing or two here and there. Congrats.

Good video. Brand new brewers aren’t likely to know what ABV means. You might define it first time you use it or put a caption on the screen to cue them in.

should not use just water in that airlock, flys can swim through it im told and get into the good stuff, using the sanitizer flued is better.
