I have the same experience... I no longer purchase Crafters Companion for this reason. Some of these dies are complicated and instructional videos on the CC website do not exist. Sara says they are the leader in education and i disagree.

Thanks I learned a lot from this class I have A few of these dies and I Didn't know how to use them until now thank you so much I seen another video on this but it went so fast but your video is awesome thank you again and God bless👍🥰

I agree didn't really help. Would be better if u started from the very beginning. What's the long metal die for? I bought the die set but not familiar with the long metal die.

Sue Lutz ..I'm so sorry...the only thing I didn't do was to actually place the sandwich in the die cut machine... it's all step by step.. what are you having trouble with?
