+4 skills is the best possible amulet for a summoner. Naturally, que-hagens, arachnid, and arm of king leoric provide 55-60 FCR, but I'm not going to give up damage or magic find to amp a frame faster.

No prob! To extrapolate more, the crafted amulet needs to be ilvl 90 for +2 character skills. The equation is magic amulet ilvl divided by 2 (rounded down) plus character level divided by 2 (rounded down). (ilvl/2[rounded down]+clvl/2[rounded down]). When you gamble amulets from the vendor they're +5/-4 ilvl to your clvl, so it's possible to gamble higher ilvl amulets before 93, but it's best to wait to guarantee your ilvl/clvl are enough.

@@Spanxxxy Thanks for clarifying this. For some reason I thought it was 96, maybe that was an LoD thing - I waited until 96, and insisted on crafting only ilvl 96 amulets this season... made it extra tedious! Love the vids. This is Hotsauce, a fellow summoner :D

You just need better magic amulets Using 4 mana magic amulet is no more than mats waste

The attributes of the base magic amulet are irrelevant. Only the ilvl matters.

@@Spanxxxy don't think so try amys with 20+ dex str or res life etc. if you lookig for all res dex 4 mana amulet has noting related to stats you looking for - of course 65lvl + amulets
