I really appreciate this video and it has me thinking a bit further. French ancestry is heavy in part of my family but most are Irish / Scottish. I'm thinking of apple seeds. These contain a similar compound that is found in cyanide. This is great!

Thank you for the through explanation and example you gave here. It made the concept of making your own correspondences easier to understand! I saw you have a jar of olive leaves (I think) toward the end of your video. What do you use these for? Personally i like to burn them as an offering and as a means of cleansing and drawing in protection and good health.
