Hi, friend. How I understand I neen gamble bases with my char at lvl 71, but should I craft them at lvl 71 or I need character with lvl 93 to for good crafting?

Hello! Crafting them at higher levels allows for better rolls overall.

I got lucky with my roll, wishing the lightning res was higher, but still, a decent pair to use none the less!
