Vinegar is very acidic, with a pH of 2-4. Wine 🍷 is made by adding yeast, sugar and other chemical to the distilled Fruit juice. In the process of making vinager at very early stage upto 20 Day it is Wine. But after 35-40 days it start to transform into Vinegar. Vinegar(specially Apple sider Vinager) is used to control Hiccup. Extracts of Tulsi; It has a pH value of 8 to 9 .................. used to Alkaline the Stomach .
