A plain and simple fact struck me right after I posted first comment. This plain and simple fact that the reason I clicked on your video out of all the other videos that I saw is because of how much this pattern very much resembles honeycomb. I happened to be searching for the pattern. I liked best for this honeycomb pattern because I have a couple who are friends of mine. Her husband is a beekeeper. The only local beekeeper we buy honey from in my house. I have honeycomb sitting in two separate jars right now. This pattern is extremely similar to the honeycomb in the jars. So don’t listen to the naysayers, and you keep pushing out these videos to us, eager to learn and be grateful. Thank you.❤

This is such a great idea to include as a gift for someone who is sick. Just include some local honey, tea, or soup, etc. I learned to crochet a few, very basic stitches as a child and made blankets, but am only recently really learning to do so much more. I'm hoping this one will be something I can do. It's so cute!

Being left handed I have to remember to do the opposite of what you doing, you say go left, I go right, wish I’d known about left handed tutorials when I started, now it’s easier to learn from a right handed person 😂

That's great to hear, but did you know that I put the reversed videos for left handed crocheters on my other channel, Crafting Happiness Crochet Left Handed? You might like to watch that, although the video audio is not changed 😊

Does the fabric have a stretch? Im looking for a similar concept to waffle stitch but hexagon shaped.
@CraftingHappinessCrochet Жыл бұрын
If you want to achieve a hexagon shape, you need to work with front post double crochets. I don't have a pattern for it but something similar to give you an idea. Try this, it's the diamond waffle 😊👍 The youtube video link is inside,☺️craftinghappiness.com/crochet-diamond-waffle-stitch-tutorial-video/

Hi, thank you for your tutorial. I have a question. At the end of row 5 I end up with a last single chrochet that I have to do, but you end it with a long stitch. Am I counting wrong?

Can this stitch be done working in a continual round ? And if so, do you have a tutorial for it. Thanks for sharing.
@CraftingHappinessCrochet4 ай бұрын
All stitches can be done in the round, but the pattern needs to be modified. I don't have a video for it I'm afraid

@@CraftingHappinessCrochet you’re so sweet you actually get back with answers to commenters. Even apologizing for what you may not have available. No worries I always go to the person a tutorial is done by First. But if that person does not have available yet, I just enter the key words of Ginnyvelarde’s into KZbin search bar. She will find it. And then I always make my rounds back to the person I first saw some thing from that came out so beautiful to see updates. Also, about that comment that I saw attacking that this does not look like the crochet honeycomb it looks very similar, but more beautiful than all the other honeycomb crochet patterns I have seen so far. (I even like this one better than more intricate honeycomb, crochet pattern. It is neater and better texture in my opinion.) That is why I clicked on it. Because of everything I just stated I am now subscribe to you.

Hello Anna, I have tried this stitch numerous times and have failed. Not sure why, but the 5th row doesn't work for me. Also, I am left handed -- is there a left handed verision of this pattern that I can try?

I have a different KZbin channel for left-handed crocheters where I post the same tutorial in reverse @CraftingHappinessLeftHanded, check it out, it might help kzbin.info/www/bejne/ap7TkJ-eebCAgbs

Per caso viene uguale anche se lo fai a punto alto?
@victoriabrown72662 жыл бұрын
Maybe it's user.error, but on the end of row 5 you end with a long stitch and I'm ending with just a single crochet. I've gone back and redone the past two rows several times and still the same. What am I doing wrong?
