That's an old school Craftsman ratchet. Of course, made in USA. Well people on the Interwebz SWEAR that made in USA is better and stronger than anything. And compared to the China stuff, yes, it probably is. Or was. But then if that's the case, why would it possibly break? Turns out, made in USA didn't mean that much back then, and definitely doesn't mean much today either. Quality of everything as a whole has gone down. We now live in a disposable society. Since that's what they want, that's what they get. But I will hear no more about how we have to recycle this and can't throw that out and the landfills are full. You can't have it both ways. As a much younger xjoe81x would once say, "Because I'm tired of this crap!"
