Great video! I subscribed because historical homes are my favorite and I found a lot of what I like here that I never saw before in those areas. Any historical homes by the beach towns? I saw on in pacific beach, but it looked like it would cost way too much to restore it on top of its listing price.

Thx for tuning in! You can find craftsman in OB & PB - with most homes being built 1930-1940… but the higher prices do reflect being near the beach.. Homes here start around $1M (2-bed) and on average you can find a quaint bungalow or Spanish 3-bed for around $1.4. Plus it’s about 10 min to the nearest beach in either OB or Coronado 👌

@@realtorjamielennon You’re right, I got got those two mixed up. I like the historical homes as they don’t seem to shortchange bedroom and space for price. The new stuff seems like they cost more, but reduce what you get. Thanks for the contact info. You look like you know a lot of great finds for someone originally from San Francisco.
