Craftsman metal lathe what to look for when buying

At about 3:20 I think I see a pair of motor pulleys. That makes sense to me but the crapola motor dangling off my Craigslist "find" is rated 1/6 hp and has a single pulley. Can you or one of your viewers tell me the diameters of the motor pulleys I need to approximate the original ratios with a 1750 rpm motor? Thank you.
