Craftsman Mower with Briggs and Stratton Engine Brought Back From the Trash. Can We Save It?

We find an old flat head Briggs and Stratton engine on a Craftsman lawn mower on the side of the road for trash pickup. It needs a little help to go and mow again.

Astounding that the owner would use the machine without an air filter, but WHY discard it when, after all, the mower is basically sound? Some folk must have more money than sense! I enjoy your videos, and look forward to the next one.
