I bought a crafty+ and within a short period of time it started not charging right. I sent it back to S&B and they replaced it with another unit and that unit ended up doing the exact same thing. So now I have to send back the second unit as well. I am hoping the third unit I get will actually work as advertised. When it works it's great but unfortunately that a very rare occasion. German made precision isn't what it use to be.

Very disappointing, like you didn’t listen to any of your clients feedback! I bought the Crafty first and it was so bad when its come to power and battery and you didn’t improve it or did pass through power. Too bad i was hoping to get it. The mighty is great though

Umm not sure if you know this but since original crafty came out,there was one updated version with 20% extra battery and the reviews I watched of crafty + were saying it had nearly double the battery life compared to the 20% extra battery version,so that's like 7-8 sessions which is much closer to mighty's battery life than to the original crafty. Also charge up time should be down to 1,5 hours from 2,5 hours. Original crafty was also much slower to heat up compared to mighty and this one should indeed heat up 30% faster(some reviewer even said almost twice as fast as regular crafty)bringing it more inline with the mighty aswell. Dunno about you but as a crafty user myself,having much improved battery life,lower charge times and faster heat up was actually on top of my list of things I wanted.

You can't get pass-through power without a larger transformer device inside the unit, which isn't very common with most portable vapes besides the Mighty. I also have the Da Vinci IQ2 and it doesn't have pass-through.

you can change it yourself, it voids the warty but that doesn’t matter because once you hit 60 hours of use it gets voided because they consider that amount of time to be heavy use. That’s right around when the battery will start to fail.

I'm on my second Crafty the + model this time , wore out both of them within a year , one the switch wore out from constantly off and on , $ 100 to fix it , lasted a month , other one the plastic on top broke rendering it useless ! Just bought the Mighty because it was on sale for $350 , it's my second , got ripped off on a Chinese fake $400 lasted a week and when I went back the store had new owners who basically said too bad ! Having said that I will say both the Crafty and Mighty are the best there is no other vaporizer will give ALL of the little flavor nuances , I killed 4 Solos and several other's no comparison ! I judge cannabis competitions from time to time , without the Storz .....forget it !

@@lerenardroux Lol...but Bruce also mentioned destroying 4 Arizer Solo vapes, so they just are really rough with vapes lol. I had some issues with the Mighty plastic near the bowl falling apart over time, but Storz and Bickel was GREAT at shipping me a new unit (didn't have to wait for repairs or anything), so I think they're aware of any issues and defects. Their products are covered by a 3 year warranty (when you register), so if you have any problems, just email them and they'll take care of you.

Covered under a 3 year warranty, including the power switch. That's part of the pricing, too, is a good warranty. A lot of cheaper vapes its hard to get proper customer support with warranty requests.

Apparently I have a gen one crafty and honestly it is super underwhelming, I had to fix the thermal fuse myself numerous times. They don't honor the warranty on the product after 60 hours of use, which is nothing. Then after that their customer service will actively ignore you and not try to help you. For a company that is supposedly the best at what they do this is extremely disappointing.
