Hi Nancy and Joe great video as always. There are some things with a disability that are not able to be considered. I would amagine like you said it’s a stress reliever and he’s not able to control the impulse at the moment. I totally understand for the most part. Craig has come so far in the last 2 years.

And plus more importunately hes not a violent person. When things get too hectic or he can't do the things that he wants to do like he ask mama and she says NO if she dont feel like it he crys and apologize. Which is awsome.

I love this! Eli does what we call squishies. Its where he will come up to you like hes gonna give you a kiss on the check but he just wiggles his face on the side of my face and says i love you. Craig is so sweet and the fact that you guys recognize he needs to release it is so amazing and your system works for you and thats what you have to do as an autism parent:-)❤

I want to make another comment. Since a kid I knew I had OCD and in my nid 30's I figured out I had NVLD and just this year at 40 I figured out I had Autisum. I have a good relationship with my Father, but he does not understand being me. I get a long very well with one of My brothers and his wife. My other Brother, Sister, their spouse and my Mother see me as normal, but a little "weird". Because I'm a little "weird" they want nothing to do with me. I love how your family excepts Craig as part of the family and nothing less. Another Thing I see in the videos that Craig talks to himself in the stores. Now that I know I have Autisum I realize why I talk to myself in stores too, but when I realize I'm doing it I stop myself, but 5 minutes later I'll start again.

My husband and I have had walking pneumonia. He got it around Thanksgiving and I got it a few days before the new year. I hope Craig gets to feeling better and you guys continue on your road to recovery.

I use a blue cloth ice pack from Amazon to keep on my neck. Then I switch it up with a heating pad. It really helps.

Craig has changed in many ways since i started watching. I think that you are doing a great job with accepting him and doing what you can to redirect some behaviors. I do find his interaction with Josie and Livy very gentle and sweet ❤

If you only get sleepy from Flexoril you are stronger than me! It knocks me flat out! My husband goes to a chiropractor and has a special neck pillow like you. Neck and back pain is killer.

It's great that Craig is not a violent person when he don't get his way I did see some scenes in other vlogs where he'll yell and stuff and even cry so I think that's even better and it's great Nancy that you calm him down so I think crying is much more better than getting mad and throwing stuff cuz that be really dangerous

If your not Autistic and never experienced What Joe is talking about YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND. As a kid I would have extreme Melt downs and family had to hold me down, but as a kid I had no concept of the melt downs. As a adult I can explain my melt downs: First I never though I had Autisum till recently, but after watching these videos I'm sure I have Autisum, but I'm extremly high functioning. Joe has it right on, It's like a presure cooker. I never been a hitter, but a extreme screemer. I will give a example and please don't judge. When I was married to my exwifre she had prier trauma from childhood and because of that I basicly did everything in the marriage and it would stress me out. I would hold in that stress for like 3 weeks and then just one day I would screem at here for like 3 hours straight and I would see red. When I calmed down I would feel this extreme gilt for the screeming and I would tell her I would never do it again, but as I knew when that pressure cooker over flowed again I would screem again. Maybe tomorrow, maybe in 3 weeks, but it would blow it's top again.
