Other than Fully Charged and Robot Wars, this is the first I've seen of the Red Dwarf cast outside of the show. It's very charming. Craig Charles is amazing - witty and relaxed. The banter is great. Awesome concept Robert. Just wish I was a bit better with British accents.

@CHANNELOMD Very interesting point. Obviously many people have commented about Craig smoking in the car. It is not in fact a paid interview, so in the strictest sense it is not a workplace. That said, I now wouldn't allow anyone to smoke in the car, this was recorded over a year ago.

I am always interested in comments like yours. There;s a very popular series of myths about hybrid cars which have been encouraged by certain parts of the press. Chemicals used in manufacturing cars are harmful, any new car has a toxic trail no matter what powers it. A hybrid car uses considerably less gasoline once it is made. If you look at the overall lifecycle of a hybrid, it's impact is massively reduced. If you do the same with an all electric car, the impact is miniscule. Gas is dead.

slight paradox for me... enviromental car etc all very laudable then Craig Charles chucks his cigarette but out the window :-( hmm by the way I thougth the interview with Paul Scott was great and reminded about the tragedy of the EV1 except it kept stopping after 5 mins... I still think electric cars are the future!! Hydrogen dead end plug in hybrid probably a good compromise. I run my car on used cooking oil! Kind regards
