love the interview but they need to put this effort into Super Rugby as well. Super Rugby is nearly more important than the All Blacks because if domestic Rugby interest falls the All Blacks may be next. Super Rugby is close to dying in Auckland which is a big chunk of NZers so please do this effort for Super Rugby and other possible domestic games that could be blockbuster like a North vs South Island origin series. I am sure that would interest Aucklanders as its bigger than playing against little brothers regularly. We've got the goods to create our own great footy experiences in a new fresh way that honours tradition.

It would be great to just pay for NZ Rugby Pass to watch live games or on demand on NZRugby+ with NZ production quality (camera & local commentary like Outside Broadcast (can use production assets for other sports based in nz cricket/racing etc and contract out but keep the skills for rugby broadcast). If playing overseas then they buy/trade a licence for broadcast/stream onto NZRugby+. If you have a pass then can watch in any part of the world if travelling or on various media devices. Essentially skip the middle man, produce it yourself and sell it yourself in NZ and worldwide. By passing Sky and other broadcasters - don't want the add-on packs and watching restrictions.
