Ahhhh thank you so much for these videos! I’m the girl at 3:01 - Shani from Australia. Teagan and I were on the last leg of our holiday, this was the last full day of our 7 week trip before going home, so we went to dinner that night with a friend we’d made in LA. We were back home in Melbourne by the time this aired and watched it on tv with our families!

out of curiosity: I always thought this show is being taped around 3pm and then broadcasted late late night. how did you manage to make the dinner and a 18hr flight to watch it on air?

That is fantastic haha. You're so lucky. I NEVER watched this show despite loving him on the Drew Carey show. I just started watching clips like a week ago. He's hilarious. Australia is like my dream vacation too. I want to cage dive with great whites and not go anywhere near water in northern Australia. Because fear mongering and salt water Crocs. Ok I'm done. In the last week of the show I think CF said it was long enough. I hope Jayleno Fly is passing some of the revenue to CF and less to CBS. As of Dec 2021 Jayleno Fly has 289 million views, that's worth a lot of money as some of the videos are long. Does anyone know how the KZbin revenue is split between Jayleno Fly, CF and CBS?

Does anyone know how the KZbin revenue is split between Jayleno Fly, CF and CBS?
@classiclife72043 жыл бұрын
Interesting question. The Fly naturally gets a small portion (which would be a nice chunk of change for most us), but I'd imagine most of it goes to KZbin. I don't think CBS gets anything: they appear not to know, or care, that people have uploaded a million clips from the show, including whole episodes (not remarkable 6 or 7 years ago, but unheard of today). CBS loves to claim copyright, but they don't do it here. Maybe it's technically because Worldwide Pants (Letterman's company) actually owns it? And yet I've heard Craig say CBS owns "Geoff Peterson" and "Secretariat". It's all rather confusing. I doubt Craig himself sees a dime.
