One of the best VH1 Behind the music shows was the one about Alfredo and the Shy Fellas. A sad story indeed. Alfredo ended up in rehab for a serious parmesan cheese addiction. Nicki D lost his fortune investing in a company that manufacturers organic packing peanuts.
