I didn't think there could be a replacement for Carson. He retired when I was in the navy, I was lost for anything to watch at night. After 4 marriages, and to many years later. Graig Ferguson came on the scene, just in time for an unwelcomed forced retirement. Now Graig lasted longer than any of my ex-wives but it was still way to short, and now I'm looking for a replacement to Carson, Ferguson, or even Jack Parr, I don't hold out much hope though. Maybe in our next lifetime we will catch up with Jack, Johnny, and Graig and through back a few at the local watering hole.

The shows success was it's host ! The constant chemistry he struck with his guess was ridiculous, never before seen ! Wether it was a man or woman , period ! But you have to admit that when it came to women, he had a unique way of making woman comfortable and at ease, and in a respectful manner ! Not all men have that ability, and when woman find them selves in the presence of an adult like that , it's such a breath of fresh air ! Johnny Carson, Jey Leno, Arsenio Hall, all of these men had that ability to make women, especially famous women feel comfortable !
