Fixed the audio for you - kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioCYpouwr52WgpY Thanks for this interview Jordan. I edit videos for a living - something I learned: If your audio levels are ever this unbalanced and it was recorded onto one track, apply an audio compressor with these settings and it'll level things out: Ratio 4:1 attack: 0ms release 65ms Threshold (this is key) : reduce the gain until it's 6db - 8db reduction from the lower mic. This will balance the volume quickly without you having to spend a few hours manually doing it.

How would this work with wrestling? Yes we have multiple day weigh-ins but we do it every week (ex. Dual Tuesday then Two Day Tournament Friday and Saturday). Would the BJJ Performance help? And how would we be able to get our caloric needs but still make weight ever week? I believe I have a good grasp but I also believe it could be easier then I tend to make it.

I know Craig says the dds breakup doesnt involve him as much as some of the other guys. @gustavopedreira25192 жыл бұрын
His goal was to move from 88kg category up to under 99kg at ADCC
@cdb08162 жыл бұрын
To move up weight classes. But also in general, BJJ athletes aren’t eating enough. The sport burns a lot of calories. If you don’t replenish those calories and operate in a caloric deficit over time, you will not recover well, your body will break down, and you will become prone to injury
