This is Awesome. As an entrepreneur, this content has been very very helpful. As a new leader, I learned a few tips and tricks on how to lead my team, go deep into the root cause and solve a problem. The CPS idea is just great. Before hearing this, whenever I heard about an issue in my organization I used to feel low and I was like, ‘oh not again, another problem!!’ But the CPS concept helps me feel that yeah thats what I am doing here. Running a business means it will have problems and as a leader my job is to offer solutions to those problems. The bigger the problem is the greater the reward - if you can solve it.

I was in my early 20s climbing the corporate ladder (retail sales not management) when Good to Great by Jim Collins came out. I love business books. This is 1 book that I never loved or understood the text-heavy book. Now 20 years later, own my own business....do you think that the concepts in Good to Great are still as relevant today as then and it would be worth another read? This video was 3 years ago. Peace be with you.
