Yup...stop and smell the roses. We camp like that all the time. Once, we camped for two weeks in southern Utah with two different base camps and rode some fantastic roads. Because we use an Aspen Classic Camper, that mattress is too tall for us.

This is exactly how i travel on my bike. I pack a twin. We did most of western Canada and all of mainland Alaska. We camped every day of 40 but 6 camping. It's a great way to go in my opinion. I'll be curious to see how the mattress holds up that's the only challenge I have with them. Ride safe thanks

I would not recommend using something like that for camping as they are not designed/intended for outdoor use. Those vinyl mattresses are stupid easy to put holes in (and extremely difficult to find the hole as you cant immerse them), they do not tend to last very long with any kind of real use, and having built in batteries on a device that is definitely not at all waterproof is just asking for the battery pack to short and explode if it gets water gets to the battery pack. I would at minimum pack that in a proper dry bag. If you want a comfort mattress for outdoor camping, I would suggest something like the Thermarest MondoKing, Exped Megamat, Sea to Summit Comfort Plus, etc. They are bulky and you will have to strap it to the bike seat or cases (and you will want to put it in a dry bag).

Can you charge the pump via a 12 volt socket in your vehicle?

It charges via USB-C so you could do it if your car has a USB port, which most do now a days. Or to you could find a cigarette port to USB converter. There are many available.

They quote it as being 18" high on their website, it may be the camera or whatever but it doesn't appear anywhere neat that in your video. I see you measured the length and width, did you check the height measurement at all?

I did not measure the height, but it is a tall mattress. I would say it is close to 18 inches.
