The plaintiff rented a room in the defendant’s home but only ended up staying there six days because he claimed she was a crackhead. He says the defendant accused him of sexual assault, so he’s suing for property, a court fine, and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff started hitting on her and then stood naked in her living room. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.
