The plaintiff says she and the defendant were friends for 10 years, but then the defendant attacked her and accused her of setting up her brother to get shot. She’s suing her for car repairs and a rental car. The defendant is countersuing for concert tickets and defamation.

The brother is a well known street dude. Him and the plaintiff probably did cross paths back in the day, but perhaps she didn’t recall or didn’t want to admit it to the friend because she most likely messed around with another street dude that was known for setting dudes up and she is now classy and done with street guys so when her brother house got shot up, she became the number one suspect because of her past associations.
