Preheat oven 350 degrees 6 Oz softened butter 1 and 1/4 packed brown sugar 1/2 Tsp salt} cream 2 eggs one at a time, 1 1/2 Tsp of vanilla} cream one egg at a time 1 tsp of ground ginger 1/12 cups of flour Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder Mix together Soak cranberries in water for 20 minutes then drain and dry on paper towels. 4 ounces of white chocolate chop up finely Add to batter then add cranberries mix by hand. Grease or put parchment paper a 9x13 pan then spread out the batter with wet spatula or wet hands Pop in the over for 24 minutes 1 cup of powder sugar…..sifting is optional, 6 ounces of cream cheese softened, 4 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp orange extract, 1 tsp of cinnamon for 3 minutes. Spread over the top of the baked blondie. Add cranberries and drizzled white chocolate. Put in refrigerator for an hour or overnight. Cut into bars and serve.
