Thank you for the update and your interest! 🙂👍 The Financial Times recently did a report on the building in Manchester. They concluded the average age of buyer of properties is 31. They concluded also that they don't generally stay long. Consider how Working From Home has dynamically changed the centre. Salboy ditched it's Viadux 15-storey office plan for two residences. I read some place too, that something like London apart, buyers have less left over from their income once housing costs have been met in Mcr than anywhere else. No surprise there. Some of the costs of the new builds are extraordinary. For-the-record MCFC should be asking for planning permission for a standalone, £10 million, 17,000 sq ft facility for the ladies at the Campus with hydrotherapy and a high performance gym. The view into the city centre from distance, e.g. MCFC, is becoming extraordinary. Besr wishes.

More cranes on the skyline means a booming city, taller the buildings the better should be the second city.

Why Should the CITY of MANCHESTER be the Second City, it has not got the population size only having 580,000 citizens living in the City of Mamchester and only 58 sq miles in area making it officialy according to UK Government statistics to be the 6th largest City, The City of Birmingham is officially the UK's Second and Second Largest City due to the fact it has the UK's largest City Council, it's population is arround 1.5 million Citizens and it is arround 150 sq miles in area, just because of Cranes spurting up and 2 football teams doth not make a City number 2 in the UK after all there are plenty of cranes and tall buildings going up in Birmingham City Centre, the only difference is that where as Manchester City Centre is cramped, Birmingham City Centre is spread out
