I can’t relate to some of the negative comments here. I’m just back from a few days in Manchester and was hugely impressed by what a lovely city it is. It is clean, well laid out and with an eclectic mix of old and new buildings. The city’s impressive past is evident everywhere in some stunning architecture from past times, everywhere I looked there was something worth looking at. Great town planning that has brought the city up to modern times with a strong identity all its own. Could have more trees but the ones that are there were lovely.

Manchester is like the city in England with the most modern infrastructure. So if you’re into old world charm, it’s not the best place to visit. I love old world charm. I grew up in an urban jungle, so the city centre of Manchester is not desirable for me as a tourist destination.

The thing with Manchester that is boring is the amount of museums not everyone loves museums and ancient history or monarch destinations. I'm and my family are more outgoing theme park, maze, escape room types people like people events aquarium, mini golf kayaking things like that I was looking for but no mention in this video only thing that appeals to me is the old Trafford stadium been a united fan
