This wasn't exactly what I was expecting from the thumbnail (I thought it looked like some form of megaliner, i.e. a full size trailer with a pup trailer behind it to reach the 25.25 meter maximum length allowed in the Netherlands and Germany without going with a rigid lorry up front like we do in Sweden and Finland), but this was really interesting nonetheless. I'd never seen that trailer type before, and the functionality was fascinating. Thanks for reviewing this. :)

Thank you for another great review. I would just like to add something. You forgot to mention that both axles on the front two axle unit can be steered. Maybe that's hard to notice because everything is black.

I don't really see the point in these. unless the middle 2 axles can be lifted off the ground you're adding lot of unnecessary tire wear and if you drive w them lifted off the ground you're just adding a lot of extra weight for nothing, not to mention the weight of the mid connections and so on. This is maybe useful for ops where they go very short distances and need to leave a part of the trailer with the container on it behind... no wonder these have not spread. it's a good idea, but a lot more drawbacks, than advantages.

they are very good trailers and make perfect sense, to carry 2 20ft containers loaded you cant do this on a normal trailer only this type of trailer... the middle 2 axels can be lifted when connected reducing tyre wear... and these have spread very very fair
